Due to an upcoming retirement, a Heat Treater in the Midwest needed to find a Quality Manager with strong leadership skills who has prior experience with Heat Treating, ISO 9001 and AIAG quality documentation. Also, the Heat Treater was not able to offer relocation expenses.

Next, we expanded the search to include Quality Managers & Sr. Quality Engineer from Forge shops, who had in-house heat treating with the same quality certifications, within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
Then we expanded the search to include Quality Managers & Sr. Quality Engineer from Foundries, who had in-house heat treating with the same quality certifications, within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
Then, we expanded the search to include Quality Managers & Sr. Quality Engineer from Extruders, who had in-house heat treating with the same quality certifications, within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
Finally, we expanded the search to include Quality Managers & Sr. Quality Engineer from any Metal Manufacturer with in-house heat treating within a 60-mile radius of the facility.

We quickly identified and attracted an individual who met/exceeded all of the requirements, lived locally and began working for this Heat Treater in just 5 weeks from launching the search.
