Corporate Heat Treat Metallurgist Search

We were tasked with finding a Corporate Metallurgist for a Multi-Site Heat Treating organization. We needed to find a degreed Metallurgist, who’s a good communicator, has prior experience heat treating ferrous components, has more than just commercial heat treating experience and has had hands on experience with Gas Carburizing, Quenching & Tempering

  1. We began by searching through the Heat Treating facilities in Missouri, along with all of the Foundries, Extruders & Forge Shops who also had in house heat treating capabilities.

  2. Then, expand the search to Heat Treating facilities throughout the Midwest.

  3. Next, we searched through all of the Foundries, Extruders & Forge Shops with in house heat treating capabilities in the Midwest.

  4. Then we searched through the remaining Heat Treating facilities throughout the United States.

  5. Finally, we searched through the remaining Foundries, Extruders & Forge Shops who also had in house heat treating capabilities across the United States.

Through this process, we were able to identify initial group of over 1,000 Metallurgists who we individually combed through from all over the United States.
